Become a Founding Family & Lock in Tuition until Graduation

 

We believe in the power of community and the importance of trust. At St. Joseph Academy, we invite you to help us with the successful launch of this private Catholic school by becoming a Founding Family.

By enrolling as a Founding Family by May 1st, 2025, you will receive:

• Tuition Lock Guarantee – The tuition rate you pay for your child’s first year will remain fixed through to graduation.

• Exclusive Founding Family Recognition – Be part of our legacy and shape the future of our school together.

• Priority Enrollment Benefits for siblings and other family members.

As noted on our website, tuition for Kindergarten is $500/month ($5,000/year) and for Grades 1-8 it is $700/month ($7,000/year). The registration process is completed with the first month’s payment as a deposit.
 

Tuition will gradually rise over the years to keep up with inflation, however, a Founding Family will have the benefit of having their 2025 rates locked in for many years with likely thousands of dollars in savings.

 

May 1st is the deadline as the Board needs to have these registrations confirmed in order to hire the appropriate number of staff and secure a suitable property for our size.

Can a family with child(ren) not yet old enough to register receive the Founding Family Promise?

 

We are thankful that there are families with infants and toddlers that are excited about the prospects of St. Joseph Academy. We want these families to be able to take advantage of this initiative and reward their trust. They can become a Founding Family by submitting a deposit of $1,000 per child prior to May 1st. This non-refundable amount will apply to the tuition of Junior Kindergarten when the time comes.

 

Eligibility:

• Families enrolling for the inaugural 2025-2026 school year will qualify as a Founding Family.

• Enrollment must be completed by May 1st, 2025, for the Founding Family qualification.

• Families registering after May 1st will have the same tuition for the 2025-2026 school year, however, will not have the Tuition Lock Guarantee.

 

Duration of Tuition Lock:

• Tuition will remain at the initial rate from the first year of 2025-2026 enrollment until graduation.
   

Scope:

• The tuition lock applies to tuition fees only and does not cover additional fees such as books, extracurricular activities, transportation, etc.
   

Continuous Enrollment Requirement:

• The tuition lock remains valid as long as the student maintains continuous enrollment with no breaks beyond standard school holidays or approved leaves of absence.
   

Transferability:

• The tuition lock is non-transferable to other families but may extend to siblings if they enroll within the same or next school year.
   

Withdrawal and Re-enrollment:

• If a student withdraws voluntarily, re-enrollment will be subject to the prevailing tuition rates at the time of return.
   

Changes to Program or Structure:

• St. Joseph Academy reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program for new families in future enrollment cycles but guarantees the lock for current participating families as per these terms.
