At St. Joseph Academy, summer is an extension of excellence. Each week of SJA Guardians Summer Camp is thoughtfully led by experienced professionals who bring expertise, mentorship, and authentic formation to every child.
Vacation Bible School
Our faith-filled week is led by an educator who is an OCT-certified teacher and holds a Master of Theological Studies. Children will encounter Scripture, sacred tradition, music, crafts, and joyful outdoor play, all rooted in sound theology and age-appropriate formation. This week is designed to deepen faith while fostering wonder, virtue, and friendship.
Sports Camp
Led by a professional soccer player and a McMaster University basketball athlete, this week blends high-level athletic training with character formation. Campers will grow in skill, teamwork, discipline, and confidence in a structured and encouraging environment designed for all ability levels.
Performing Arts (Music, Dance, Drama)
Directed by an experienced OCT educator, this dynamic week helps children develop creativity, stage presence, and expressive confidence through music, movement, and drama, culminating in collaborative performance experiences.
Math & Science
Led by an experienced OCT educator and math enthusiast, this week transforms learning into hands-on discovery. Through fun experienments, real-world math challenges, and creative problem-solving activities, campers will stretch their minds while having fun.
Visual Arts
Taught by a professional artist, this week invites campers to explore technique, composition, and creative expression while cultivating an appreciation for beauty and craftsmanship.
